with an established program-schedule, you drink tea, freshly
pressed juices, especially for this reason specifically prepared
vegetable broth's, and spring-water (In-house spring).
The beginning of the cure starts with a detoxification day,
that we ask you kindly to complete at home.
We will be happy to give you detailed instructions therefore.
Bowel Cleansings will be carried out in our house exclusively.
A fasting cure can take anywhere between 7-21 days.
Fasting cures exceeding 10 days have to be medically
supervised, a service we can offer to you gladly.

The bowel- or colon cleansing procedure
at the beginning of
the cure will start, administering magnesium sulphate ,
followed by the classical anal enema method (an irrigator
can be obtained from us), every second day.
The build-up-day is also an established part of the fasting
program in our house. The continuation of the nutritional
program-schedule will be handed over to you in writing at
the end of your stay.
A more informative and detailed introduction into the fasting
program, according to Dr. Buchinger/ Luetzner,will be given
to you on the day of your arrival (Saturday), through Mrs.
Wettcke.
A regular daily fasting dialogue session will also be held.
